From the celebrated Maison Drouin in Normandy — home to some of France's most revered Calvados — comes Le Gin Blanc, a gin born from three generations of master blending expertise and a deep love of the apple orchard. Guillaume Drouin distils each botanical separately before blending them in unique proportions for each small batch, using over 30 cider apple varieties as the base spirit alongside eight botanicals drawn from the aromatic universe of Calvados.

Rose and lemon bring finesse, while ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almond provide a smooth and spicy body, and cardamom enhances its roundness and fruitiness. The result is a crystal-clear gin of remarkable complexity — fresh and bright on the nose with crisp apple and juniper, leading to a warm, spiced and floral palate that is unlike anything else in the category.
