Gran Mitla Sal de Chapulín is a traditional grass-hopper salt seasoning that uses a pre-Hispanic recipe with a modern interpretation. Adult red grasshoppers are sun dried, then ground to a rough, satisfying texture with Oaxacan chili costeño, Cuytlán Colima sea foam salt and a zing of lemon.
