Mountain Culture x Track - Katoomba Tapas
On a day when they were meant to be doing the hands on component of a collaboration with their mates from Track, they instead found themselves on the back deck carefully pairing Track and MC brews with many delights from their Katoomba kitchen. The flight of beers paired with salty snacks helped them hone this recipe. This punchy yet crisp West Coast IPA is heavy in New Zealand hops. A dip hop of Mosaic alongside Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provide a base of mango, papaya and blueberry that more Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a hint of Riwaka in the dry hop build on to create a resinous blend of berries, tropical fruit and diesel.
