Full Up is a new pastry-laden Imperial Stout made with Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand. What they conjured up is a deliciously lactose-heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate-coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base. Unable to accommodate any more adjuncts, this is one of One Drop's biggest Stouts to date.
