A cold vintage provided a lengthy ripening period and excellent development of flavour in this Pinot. 75% of the fruit was de-stemmed, while the other 25% was whole bunches meaning this drop is a bold, earthy and rich in the Burgundian style. Quite different to the light soft red fruit styles often found in New Zealand and Australia.
